Afternoon, focused on paperwork and recycled lots of work documents bank, pet, and other bits. Have several empty lever arch files and bankers files although still a very small % of what is needed. Also more from the car I no longer have and receipts. Counting as 20.12

Only decluttering happening here is after my freezer stock take. I used a tub of yogurt to make pizza dough. We had smoked mackerel pizza for our midday meal.
I put 2 portions of pizza dough in the freezer - written up this time! I don't want the job of doing a stock take again - everything is listed now and a menu plan written to use old stuff up.
With our pizza we had jacket potato and salad.
I am doing chicken curry, rice and naan bread tomorrow - curry and naan bread from the freezer. I will cook extra rice to freeze and use in egg fried rice.
My menu plan is for 2 weeks.
This morning we heard of the passing of one of Mr F's clients - he died on Good Friday - apt for a solid Christian man. He was 96.Decluttering Achieved - 2023 - 10,364 Decluttering - 2024 - 8,365 August - 0/45

Good afternoon DeclutteriTypical chuck it down bank holiday weather here, so babyface is very depressed as she's not been able to go out for a walk yet today. We've had a few silly, running & mental games, but she demands a walk until I open both the front and back doors to show her the miserable rain and then potters back to hide in her bunty bed, as it's all my fault, naturally@ Mrs_Salad_Dodger
@ Gorda being ‘QueenJess of her Domain’
No washing today and none needed
However, the office is finally and officially decluttered, so I'm celebrating with a few nice fresh perc coffee's
I've got 26 decluttering sales parcels packed with recycled boxes etc all ready to load & leave PRONTO with postie van tomorrow morning
I dare not look to see if I've sold any more decluttered items at the moment as I'm enjoying my urn load of coffee
and have been told that a special Easter treat is being delivered at 5.30pm for us to share - Babyface is getting a large fresh lamb shish kebab with clotted cream melted cheese (seriously! How the other half live), which she'll never come close to eating it all in a million years, so freezer time
, and I'm having a small shish chicken with all the trimmings. You see how others spoil babyface?
It should stop raining in about 10 minutes and as soon as it does, we're off out before babyface gives up the ghost
She's already pulled her harness and lead off of the hallway hanging rack ready and is prancing up and down the hallway with it in her mouth at the moment
She knows far too much
Cut off mid type to go out. We just got back before it started throwing it down again. One very happy Daxie
@ TC77 - Great going with the paperwork decluttering and left over arch filesPaperwork decluttering is my pet hate but I'm determined to keep on top of it all daily, where possible. The office feels very open and large at the mo, but I've had a visitor this afternoon wondering what's going on
Off to declutter some more coffee and see about decluttering & cleaning the bins and throwing the hoover around a little while babyface snoozes. Wait until the kebab arrivesToodle-pips for now xxxxxx

- Continue to keep kitchen clean & tidy - before going to bed
Easter Monday: another dark overcast start to the day - forecast high 16°C, low 10°C although it feels a lot colder ☹️ DH washed the car & typically as soon as he had finished it rained 😉 I have been extremely lazy & done precisely nothing 😉 Resuming the cheerleading from Sunday’s posts:
Happy_Kitties, great work sorting out tadpoles before they become frogs 👏 Good luck with both packing up the kitchen & filling Christmas shoeboxes 🍀 Hopefully you can find something to help with pain relief/management 🙏
Fizz2015, hope you have a lovely time visiting your parents 😊 Excellent decluttering 👏 Re the blister packs, I forgot to ask when I was in Bo*ts last time although now that you have mentioned how ‘faffy’ it is, I will probably try to find somewhere else to recycle them 🤔
nannywindow, re This “I'm doing a load in the wm which will be hung out as the sun is shining, first time it's shined here for over a week, then I have the spare bedding to wash from when the DGC stayed. There's a strong biting wind so they can have a good blow (the bedding I mean, not the DGC 🤣)” I had a good old chuckle whilst I imagined your DGC pegged up by their ears 😂 Hope you had a lovely relaxed Sunday 😊
TC77, This “Accepted I can't work in one area, but have to take the item to the right place and then start there and that takes me somewhere else in the house but at least things get done.” 🤔 sounds like a good idea, I think I might give that a try & see if it works for me 🤔 Excellent decluttering 👏
oceanspirit, lamb shanks 🤤
Florenceem, sounds like you had a busy & productive Sunday morning 😊 & a lovely family afternoon ☺️
Sounds like you had a lovely Sunday vulpix ☺️ Good food, good company, a bargain at the car boot sale & you even fitted in some decluttering 🤩
Dizzycap, what a very busy Sunday morning 🤩 so I was pleased to hear that you managed a more relaxing afternoon visiting Gorgeous Gorda ☺️ Excellent work getting so many sales packaged up ready for the postman 👏 Hopefully this time a van will be sent (as I seem to remember that the last time you requested a van you were ignored ☹️) Adored This “Babyface was a little put out by Gordas singing at first, until she told Gorda to shut it who promtly kissed babyface all over her face before continuing in stubborn defiance 😆 Oh, the face with the look of total disgust - If ever I wanted a babyface photo, it was that moment 😆” had me in stitches 🤣
Will be back after dinner which I need to start thinking about 🧐 Hope everyone has had a lovely Monday 😊

Evening all,
Finished work at 3pm today got home about 3.45. I've cleaned the kitchen and then decided we was going to have a chicken Sunday dinner for Monday dinner which is cooking away as we speak.. I can smell it, yum!
Washing on the line, more washing in. Bed stripped and I do need to remake it which I'll do in a bit. I also need to make a day's worth of work lunches so will dig deep into the freezer shortly!I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe boards and spending & discounts boards. @peewhyeff. They are good ones. We had Yorkshire craters yesterday. I needed both my ovens and everything was crammed in. The Yorkshires rose and hit the bottom of the roasting pan. They didn't look anywhere near as good as yours but the taste was perfect

peewhyeff said:BlueJ94 said:I'm so happy with my home made yorkies!@ peewhyeff Don't you mean today? And they were delicious. Ooops, I don't think I was suppose to say anything was I BlueJ94? Yes, I agree with you peewhyeff next bank holiday we're all be round to try out your fantastic yorkshires again BlueJ94 Seriously, they look just fab and I can smell they cooking now, but I bet they tasted far betterI'm on fox watch tonight to see if I can spot the cubs. All the food is out waiting for me to creep out the front door in my bright non conspicuous PJ's to take a look in the boat yard
At least may hair isn't a mess, for a change
Like I actually care anyway!
Babyface has had some of her exceedingly large lamb shish kebab, the rest portioned up in the freezer for her, but also demanded her home cooked veggies with it, so out of the freezer they came and all defrsoted & cooked in the microwave in 5 minutes. She knows what a balanced diet is and is now crunching on a piece of dried cod roe before she'll have a couple of home made doggie biscuits for her roughage intake before she potters off to bed
Time for me to get another mug of lovely coffee after a nice pint of cold waterWishing everyone a peaceful evening and sleep. Think of me piling up all my decluttering sales parcels in the hallway tonight ready for tomorrow morning when I shall be calling for a postie van at 8am, otherwise the front drive will look like very much this:
My dear friend has just sent pics of her new Daxie litter & she's keeping all of them and I can see whyMum & dad are smooth haired dark brown & tan Daxies but their 2nd litter are ALL gorgeous Lions
3 girls & 3 boys - I wouldn't let any of those out of my sight for a split second when I was out in public. And yes, I'd keep them all too!
I can't wait to see them, which I hope will be in a matter of weeks
My dear friend says, "I'm not having any more!" Famous last words with now being the proud owner of 12 Daxies
