Morning Peeps,
I am in here floundering with trying to keep stuff moving out. I have had some inspiration from others comments made. (This is what this is all about here right?)
Some small wins of getting more bits moved from 2nd wardrobe (Yes, it still is not removed, we are at sometime to be turning this into a kitchen) I have made a grand decision about the takeaway type plastic trays that need to be processed out of the current kitchen. ( I do have a good quantity of genuine Tupperware not earning its keep) So they will be gone next time I move from my seat into recycle bin ready for tomorrows bin collection.
The note pad I am using has had some sheets removed and they've been added to the fire. Like I say very small stuff being decluttered. Have moved 4 items into a new CS bag.
I have at the side of me 3 Ideal Hone magazines from 2017. I have gone through them again for inspiration have gleaned some good suggestions and they just need to go into the paper bin (again will be done when it when I move from here - This leaves me answerable to you all )
DH has replaced the broken under the cupboard strip light and old unit recycled. Lovely ambiance again.
Well I will go and face the day and see what else I can be successful at. Focus on the kitchen me thinks.

Hi all, not a good decluttering day yesterday 😁. We met a friend for lunch at a steak house, not the best place for a vegetarian but they did have veggie burgers, unfortunately mine was so overcooked I struggled to cut it so I sent it back. The waiter was lovely though and earned himself a hefty tip with instructions not to share it with the chef 😂😂. It was lovely to catch up with our friend though so we had a nice time and I spotted a clump of snowdrops in the woods next to the car park which were lovely, spring is coming 😁. I was very low in energy when we got home though and had a collapse on the couch for a while 😁. I did manage to get a load of washing through the machine and onto the maiden after clearing it so 1 LDFPA. I also spotted a couple of boxes, previously emptied, and they were put out. After tea I did some crochet.
I have my eye on a couple of other boxes in OH's heap and they might go today 😁. I had a discussion with OH about the large top box and OH is thinking of getting rid of it so I might get that to the tip today or tomorrow depending on when I have a further conversation to confirm OH's decision 😂. I have a bag of hard plastic that needs to go as well so that can be the opening I need 😂. Not sure what else will be done but I do have some energy atm so I need to do something while it's possible 😁. No ironing done yesterday so I will try to get 2 lots done today, there is light at the end of the tunnel 😁.
@Mrs SD I love the llama 😁 fancy leaving him behind, but I am sure he will find a new home 😁. Pasta and pesto mmmmmmm😁
@florianatwobob bargain filing cabinet 😁
@Florenceem great decluttering which I am sure is helping with your stress as you will soon be able to get back to some of your crafting. 26 bags of things listed, wow no wonder you had trouble keeping track of them 😁
@Vulpix love the knitting, great progress there, your neighbour must be very pleased 😁. I quite fancy a jumper like that for myself, in a much bigger size obvs 😂😂.
@Willowtree222 I wish I knew a candle maker, I really struggle to move them on for some reason
@daisy_1571 good work with the diaries, I have a few lurking to be sorted
@QueenJess good luck with the new contract and hope the cold has been decluttered, hugs. Parents eh 😁
@apples05 welcome aboard, I am looking forward to following your journey 😁. I love a list as well and have several 😂😂😂.
@Soontobeoap good luck with the sewing 😁
@Muddy_Walker no these people do not talk to each other, they don't read the letters either. OH has a complicated thing which entails having many conversations with Drs explaining what the other Drs have said / done.I know they are busy but it is very frustrating, hugs. Sorry to hear about your friends, it is very hard to support friends when there is little you can do apart from listening but I am sure they are grateful you are there, hugs.
@EcoIntent well done on the sales. I also think it's important to think about what comes in, if I could just control OH"s scrolling around the net I might be able to win that battle 😂.
@GrannyKate glad sox has settled in 😁
@2Scratters, I flounder as well, sometimes it is total overwhelm but as you say the ideas from others here certainly helps 😁
I have just been listening to the radio and the presenter was saying he had to do 2 tip runs at the weekend and commented to the guys there he should get a job there as he is there every weekend and was told there was a job going, part time at the weekend. He went home and told his wife who said no way as he would be rescuing all sorts of rubbish and bringing it home 😂😂😂.
Right off to get another cuppa and get on with something 😂
Hugs to everyone who would like one

Granny Kate - Sox is so handsome and looks like he knows it!
~FlowerPot~ - at 20 bags now so slight improvement.
I have made 2 trips into town - each time took a full trolley and bag.
Popped in SA and printed V labels - last ones
Liverpool_Anne - yes I am looking forward to crafting again. It won't be until I am in a clear frame of mind.

Sox is a very handsome chap. His tache is magnificent, most apt for the head of household. Enjoy being his staff GrannyKate.
LiverpoolAnne, I must have made a hundred jumpers with that pattern. I was wondering last night if I could size it up. I don't think it would be too hard. I will have a go. Bit of a result with the top box, fingers crossed for you with that. You will be a new woman after the B12 jab.
My bin monitor/neighbour/friend is thrilled with her knitting progress. She doesn't feel ready to tackle a pearl stitch yet. I have got a hat pattern for her to try today. The doll pattern she found on the internet and made with no help. The very anxious lady isn't making any progress at all. I think she is so nervous she is panicking. I am pleased that she came though and she said she would come again. I might suggest some British paper piecing patchwork or something, instead of knitting.
I am home alone again today. Mr V is being a casualty for a multi emergency service training day. I didn't want to be lying on the floor in the rain as a casualty, or should I say my bones don't want to be lying on the floor in the rain.
I have been drafted in to look after baby V again at February half term in Oxfordshire. Is anyone around on the 19th? I could get on a train up to London or anywhere tbh.
Love to all Vx

Sorted another basket.
Found four little bags of wax melts that must be at least 5 years old. They've gone in the bin.
Could you advertise the candle jars for free. I am sure makers are always scouring the free sites for jars they can use. Might be worth a try.

Good progress made this weekend as I cleared out all posts and connections from my Linkedin profile as I will only be using LI now for LI Learning which is associated with my work account (or I would have deleted it tbh), I decluttered lots of emails and have done 10 mins of decluttering photos whilst on a work call this morning (where I didn't need to be speak, just be there for any questions relating to the projects I'm working on).
I'm going to try and get through one drawer a day this week, starting tomorrow...Mortgage (MFD 04/2053) (Jan 25) £238,983.71. Overpayment set to £200 per month. Current: £236,171.58

I have gone from feeling hopeful about Mr F to utter despair.
The therapist who told me on Saturday that Mr F could go to an assessment place has phoned . They want to discharge Mr F home as he has exhibited no abnormal behaviour over the weekend and would not meet the criteria for the assessment place.
Mr F hasn't woken in the night to use the toilet - well he has a catheter. Mr F won't be having the amount of drinks in hospital that he has at home - hardly given hot drinks there and has a water jug which he hasn't finished.
He has not been dressed so they don't know if he could dress himself.
What about me unable to rest/sleep properly upstairs worrying about Mr F.
The therapist said that Mr F has a right to return to his home.
When I saw Mr F on Saturday - he needed help to get out of bed and use a zimmer.
He hasn't used a toilet since being in hospital - been given a bedpan. So obviously hasn't been sitting on the toilet and refusing to get off after 2 + hours.
Therapist said he could have a bed downstairs and care coming in.
I have phoned Social Services but there is no one at the desk at the moment!
I said that I will be at the hospital at 3 and the therapist is coming to see me but was adamant that Mr F is returning home and I am adamant that I can't cope.
