Bee hope you had a good start to your second week. When does the lodger arrive?1

Thanks @Chieveley It wasn't a great start to the week, but my energy levels got better when I left work. But I still feel happy and I think things will be okay it was just nerves and a bit of stress I think. I want to Keep working, I enjoy the process, also my team leader said that there might be home working soon! Although I have enjoyed going into the office.
The lodger has said this week but he still has not confirmed dates of the exact day and the week is progressing, but I am sure he will come! MD said he wouldn't give you £300 for nothing! But it would be nice to have a date to work towards! I hate being in the dark, I may text him again, today!?
I am up to 5/19 no spend days, I got the weekend but not yesterday, but I think now that Monday is out the way I should be able to progress on that front again too. I needed an extra snack for work because I need something early morning 10 am and 16:00 hrs I got a caramel bar, MD said I should have fruit or soup, I know she is right but I don't really enjoy fruit and I can't be bothered to keep up cooking soup! When I am at home I can have toast, and I could get grapes as I like those too which is a fruit I know! But I can wash them and put them in a bowl at home!Missions for the rest of the year:-

I undertsand where you are coming form @Newstartforme however I do need to get into better habits sooner rather than later, but yes I am eating less sensible food so I guess I am going easy on myself. I think because I have been really easy on myself with regards the last 6 months out of work and going into work now I have more energy then I did have, maybe to some degree I had actually burnt out a bit and now I feel much better. I now need to look after myself so that I don't have a recurring feeling of burned out!
Today I am up to 6/19 no spend days also a colleague bought me and team leader a few nibbles which I greatly enjoyed, he was soo sweet! I felt famished eating the bits and really enjoyed every mouthful! Now I am at home I can have toast or a can of beans to avoid the hunger pangs!
Lodger has confirmed date he is coming it is this Thursday, I told him I would pick him up with his belongings, note to self sort the car out!
I hope everyone has an enjoyable eveningXXMissions for the rest of the year:-

I know you've been making flapjack for a snack, but what about fruity muffins for a mid morning or afternoon snack? They're easy to make, store well and are quite filling xMortgage Balance as of September 2025 £11,700
