Well done on your first week , don't underestimate how well you have done to be up and out early every day , away from the comfort of home etc after many months not working,  definitely take some time out to rest over the weekend if you can xxx
Thank you Newstart, do you know what, I have been glad to be out, and I feel proud to have done that walk as well to get free parking. My legs do feel a bit funny I am hoping I feel better soon. I am defientely resting this weekend. I went to bed early yesterday after doing the chores there are a few more chores but nothing major and I felt well rested this morning, I want to bake a cake tomorrow and maybe flapjack and write 2000 words. But other then that rest is on the cards and reading. Wishing you a lovely weekend alsoXXX

Well done, bee. Glad you've had a good week and sticking with it.

Something to consider from your colleagues perspective. I've had to train new people and it can be difficult because you never know how people are going to react to the job when they're actually doing it and whether they're going to stick around, so I wouldn't take anything personally, she might be stressing a bit from having to train someone and doing her own work x
Thanks Jessy, I have been really glad to get out and actually I don't feel too drained. I know they will put more work on me, but I may actually slow down a little just so I am not over cooking myself, I need to set the right pace so that I am busy but not wrecking myself, I hope that makes sense. I am looking forward to Monday strangely! Happily!

Overall my team leader has been an asset in showing me how to do the work, the way they want it done, and she said I had picked it all up really well. I enjoy it and we seem to get along just fine. She also said I am on track to homeworking in a weeks time, yippee! Overall I feel encouraged by my team leader, where there may have been doubt I think it is just worry. Everything was good really. Thank you for coming by and I do hope you enjoy your weekend. I have to say I am impressed by the amount of cleaning you do on top of your normal job, well done. All the best, BeeXX

And just like that you’ve done your first week 😁
Enjoy your weekend and keep the focus on job and paying off credit card and savings plan 👍
Thank you, you are quite right I need to concentrate on getting the month cleared so I can pay off that enormous credit card bill. I am having some thoughts about that. The debt is on 0% interest and MD & SFD have helped me a lot and they are a bit cash poor at the moment so I may pay them back a bit so they don't need to dip into savings. She said she would have trouble with her credit card bill, she is trying to say don't pay it, and she will manage but I have had £280 for the cupboard £350 for bills and before sfd gave me £1400 to help with the credit card, so I am thinking that I will pay off MDs & SFD debt that I owe them (all these amounts), and should I lose my job down the line I have no doubt they would help me out again. But hopefully this is a job for life now. I should be able to afford to pay off this debt, then mine then save for EF which is my next mission I will just need to wait an extra month. I will feel like I am useful to them and I don't feel right if they are cash poor after all I have had, and it is because of them that I could get the stuff and make more money on the room. So it would be fair. I would feel good for doing it too. as silly as that sounds as a lot of the time we are allowed to keep what we have, not all but some, and why not I can keep earning with any luck and the lodger is hopefully coming this week, so I should get a bit more for this month for that, anyhow no decisions have been made yet, But this is a rough idea of what I want to do. Enjoy your weekend MFwannabeXX

It has been such a lovely day today, a reward for a week in the office which was also very enjoyable. I did seem to get on well with my colleagues and I undertsood the job and did well on that front too. I am up to 4/19 no spend days, MD bought lunch out so I have been treated which was good of her, she said since I take her out she is happy.

I also said at the end of the month I would take MD & SFD out for dinner, I have this little bucket list item I want to complete. You see my mum once mentioned that my biological dad loved chateubriand (not sure if I am spelling that right) anyhow one day I went for a meal out and they do it, so I want to go there. My dad died when I was an infant and I never knew him, however in memory of him at this juncture and because I can, I want to take both SFD and MD out for  a meal and me and SFD will have the chateubriand (Which is the most expensive steak/ cut of the cow) as a thank you to them both for getting here. MD said she would have something else but yes she would like to do that. I am very thankful to them and it is a nod to all three of them, this is defientely a different point in my life, a good place.

Today has been good, because I added a no spend day, I had a lovely lunch out, the flowers where we went were beautiful and we spent some time in the garden which was warm and lovely at home as well where there was also lovely flowers. I will add soem pictures so you can see for yourself:-

Thanks Jessy - I just did a thing! and I thought I would share, did you know the following?:

You can create calendars on excel, I am just printing up one for MD & SFD as a christmas present with each of the flowers, I wonder if I can share it so others can enjoy it.

    Lets see if this works?
