Back on the horse @CrazyBee787 - we all make mistakes and are only human 🤗 I'm the worst oversharer in the world, don't assume it has all gone wrong just because you said a few things you might have regretted after the event. Maybe give it another go if the other person fancies it and try to leave a bit more room for them to talk. We all get nervous!
All or nothing thinking is dangerous, your high protein meal ideas were really good, fibre also helps with big appetites (another one I experience) 😉

NO ONE will judge you for being on benefits. It’s nobody else’s business apart from yours. They have no idea how hard you have tried.

There's a lot of uncertainty swirling around you, so just do what you have to do right now. The new meal plan etc can wait.
Don't worry about not feeling like you have a true friendship with that lady you're going for a drink with. Friendships take time to build, it's still worth going if you can enjoy the initial banter. But equally don't force yourself if you just don't feel comfortable.
Keep going @CrazyBee787 , it might not feel like it sometimes, but every step is a step forward x

Hi Bee , 1 step at a time with the diet like you say , start with small changes and if it works introduce something else , what about also trying the walking at home workouts on YouTube, again start small and build up and if your out of breath only you will know ! With regards to claiming benefits if people look down on you for that reason they're not worth your time or friendship. You have tried very hard over the years in the workplace so time to try something different. Have a nice weekend xx

M&S pretzels are lovely, @CrazyBee787 🤤 The "sticks" are the favoured ones in our house.
Have a great day.

Maybe take out £20 cash for Tuesday and only go to the shops with that, so you can't go over? You certainly deserve a treat with so much uncertainty to deal with, but without causing the money worries to cancel out the benefit of the treat! x
