I just met with the potential lodger again, and the same reason happened again. I felt waves of negative energy I do not know what the energy is, but as soon as I said that he couldn't come here the bad energy lifted. I feel bad because everything else was right about him. My gut is telling me something is not right but my head is telling me he was lovely. All the signs that I used to use logically are no longer in use and I am now basing my decision on a feeling. I am not sure if I am completely potty, but I don't know what the negative energy is about, do I trust my instincts that something is not right or do I let him into my home. Well obviously I wrote to him and told him why I was rejecting him for the second time.
I guess I could just try and get a job and not have anyone here, I do feel though that I need to get out of the house. The energy in my home seems to have changed since the last lodger was here, and my place is not good to live here anymore. But I won't move because this is my home now, i'll just have to put up with the bad energy. Maybe I can do something to change it but I don't know what. I think I will take myself tomorrow afternoon to the crystal shop and see if they have anything for making the home a peaceful and pleasant place to be as I feel a lot of negative energy right now.
The world is not looking like such a good place today 😢
Maybe the energy is that I can't share my space?Goal 1: Get a permenant job that sticks.

Today has been unusual, there is very little activity outside, very quiet. I first went to the library, where I didn't find my next read. I then went to the supermarket and got MD & SFD two fruit cakes at £1.48 each bargain. Then I went to MDs and SFDs with the intention of picking up MD to take her to the garden centre in hope of picking up a past Christmas bargain. MD was not feeling well and went to sleep. So I took the tree and its decorations down then went ot garden centre as planned as I was hoping to pick up a reduced price santa.
The santas were reduced but a bit pricey still so I got a gnome Santa here he is: -
£2.99 he is not as big as the other one I wanted but he is cute, I also got a small colouring book.
I went past MDs and SFDs on the way back and cut a slice of Fruit cake for SFD he liked it so that was not wasted money MD was not feeling good still and was asleep. I am a little worried but I am sure it will pass. But things feel different right now, I am not sure why, but things feel like there is change happening, but it wouldn't be the first time I am wrong, perhaps it is just an off day.
Today I have searched for jobs and applied for several over the last few days. I will search again once the working day is over.
I know I am spending again, but like I said yesterday, it is now where you will find deals. All I am after now is a book to read, I do have one that I am desperate to get through, I find it difficult reading but I enjoy the words (Moby !!!!!!) so I am going to give it another bash.
For the time being I am trying to do less computer stuff and more physical not excessive but colouring, reading a paper book, or other crafts like cross stitch.
One thing I have learnt about myself is that I cannot stick to a plan no matter how hard I try, so therefore I will not worry about what has been and simply worry or enjoy what is now.
Have a good day all XX

I have had a fairly productive morning, I have done some writing (circa 2000 words) and re-done the book cover for one of the short stories I wrote using AI and a photo I had, I have to say it is fantastic I asked the AI Chat Gpt if I could use the picture for a book cover it said I could they even prepared a file for me when asked, wowser how amazing is that. I can be the next Vincent Van Gogh! well not quite but it was pretty good, here is an example of a picture I created with AI, it is not the book cover I am using but it gives you a flavour of what can be done: -

I am just getting prepped for my interview, I don't feel like I have been putting the best vibes out there this morning as I have been enjoying being at home and writing and picture making with ChatGpt. But having read the job description now for the third or fourth time and having a few questions prepared, MD and I both feel it will be 100% office based and therefore unsuitable, but there is always hope on the horizon, they do say in the ad that there is a flexible working environment so lets see also I was called about another role part time, I may or may not get seen however this would allow me to continue writingXXGoal 1: Get a permenant job that sticks.

The interview went very well, I have already been invited to a second interview which will be confirmed today or tomorrow. There is some hybrid aspects and the role is what I like to do so I would enjoy it. I had praise in the interview so therefore it looks promising. However I have not met the colleague who will be overseeing my potential work/ the potential boss, that will be the next interview. So fingers crossed, also they said I could start sooner rather then later should I get the job.
This afternoon I have created book covers for all the books I have published on kindle so far using ChatGpt, I have had quite a bit of fun doing it, and the result is they look great. I need to do a tweak to one of the books which won't happen until tomorrow at the earliest, as I need to get another photo. The images look professional and quirky.

I have re-evaluated the option of going for the job and I think it is not a good idea because I need energy at the weekend, to one) Take MD out and two) to do chores and three) To have some free time. Lets see if the other role lands for an interview at the least, I should find out by the end of the week. I am big, take a lot of meds and find it very difficult to lose weight plus I take MD out which although sounds like a simple task can be quite draining/ enjoyable but draining. At the least I want to do all these things and have a job is that okay with you?
I have just heard from spare room there is a response to my ad, wish me luck.
All the bestXX

As if by magic I have landed another interview this morning, it is a phone interview tomorrow morning, better money, good distance from home and hybrid set up. I didn't think I would get an interview because it is quite a prestigous company, big offices and the last time I applied I wasn't offered an interview. I have spent a bit of time preparing this morning I will do a bit more later today also.XX
