Huge well done with sticking with it . I only mentioned it as I feel very excitable when I have too much sugar , you know that feeling when you know your talking too much but can't seem to stop , well that's the affect sugar has on me . Long may you continue to feel better xx

Really well done on a great 1st week weight loss, i truly believe if you start the day with eggs you have a better chance of not being too hungry as the day goes on. Good luck for next week and hope all goes well with new lodger

Hopefully you hear from ESA sooner than later Bee then hopefully everything will start to fall in to place and you will know the ammount you have to work with going forward. Well done on managing the cravings as well , really not easy but as you say it's got to be done for your health , enjoy your walk xx
