Hi Bee , you will probably get a weight loss next week , that's what usually happens after a big loss , you stick then lose following week . Has the lodger gone , could you not have just gave some rules regarding noise etc so you had a bit more time to get used to having someone in the house again and a welcome bit of extra income? Xx

HI Bee, do you not get a deposit up front from your lodgers so you are not out of pocket? When might you learn about the ESA. Well done for avoiding the chocolate. things will look better after a good nights sleep.

I think you need to have a period of stability. I think ESA may give you that. The next time you meet with a new lodger to be have a wee chat with them and gently explain what your minimum ground rules are.
