Moring Bee, my reading was 6.8 mmol today. My Dr said to cut back on carbs. I lost 10 lbs before Christmas but not anything since. (I had a snackicident yesterday, two Tesco salted caramel and chic chip hot cross buns) Two AGM to attend today, one where I leave a committee after three years, pondering if I want to join the other committee. The joys of being retired.
