Well a large proportion is unmentionable. ;)

Really? Still on profit then? Had any major losses?

 Just popping up to say hi, rather than lurk and run, and that I'm glad it's all going so well for you honey.

I *still* haven't got to grips with matched betting! :o For much the same reasons as Snaggles - I need peace and quiet so that I can concentrate during the hours of the day that my brain is fully operational.

I'm going to run out of stuff to eBay within weeks though so that should concentrate my mind a bit and make me work it all out. *Repeats to self* "I am a smart woman. I can do this!" :o:D

    Love to the woofer honey,

    Love Jacks xxx :D

I think after all this time I have eventually got this MB lark into my thick skull! Just did my 1st £10 free bet and think I have managed to get away without spending any of my hard earned cash. With the quidco bonuses I am quite pleased with myself.:D

I have been known to lurk a bit on this thread but apart from the smut everything else just goes straight over my head.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

    Hi ss,

    You're doing really well.

If you'll have that much money (5kish) had you thought about buying somewhere as you'd have a sizeable deposit in next to no time?

Who gets to keep the dog when you move??

    Hi V. :)

To be honest I always wanted to buy but I just can't afford it. £120,000 would get me a grotty one bed flat but I'd need £12,000 for a deposit and even then probably wouldn't be lent 4 x my wage! :undecided

I'm happy to rent for a couple of years to see what happens with house prices aswell.

Dog will stay here. He wouldn't want to live with me! :rotfl:

SS, was playing on the snowball & found this - might be of use to you in deciding whether you can afford designer teatowels etc or shoudl settle for Tesco Value...... clicky

Personally, I can't decide whether a debt free party would be better than a housewarming.... not that I'm shallow you understand ;)

Guys, do you think furnishing a flat for £3,500 is reasonable? :undecided

I'm just scouting around prices for bits and bobs (ie at Argos) just to get a general feel and I can blow that easily! :rotfl:

Admittedly I may have budgetted £750 for a 40" TV :p but it doesn't seem to stretch far!

    So far I'm budgetting;

    Sofas - £750
    TV - £750

    Fridge/freezer - £300
    Washing machine - £300
    Microwave - £100

    Bed/mattress - £500
    Wardrobe - £300
    Bedside cabinet - £50

And there is so much missing from that list!

I know there is freecycle, but I'd like to be able to buy my own things! :undecided

Don't forget the little things like cutlery and cooking utensils.
