Think our TV license is about £12 a month and contents insurance about £18, if that's any help.

*coughs politely and hopes SS notices sig..;)*

    Thanks! :D

It's £5k exactly - we took it out with our mortgage, to do some home improvements, but I wont feel debt-free until it's gone. Hoping to clear it by October/November-ish.

Thank hun - Yes, then onto the mortgage....but that will take rather longer! :o In fact, it will go up before it goes down, because we NEED to move house within the next couple of years, so the first thing I need to do is save up to pay the moving costs.

I'm not very good at being debt free though....accidentally spent £50 yesterday on my credit card on a kitchen bin!!! :rotfl:

    *whispers* It's a really nice bin....

£50 on a bin

I'd want the kitchen to go with it for that price :rotfl:
Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches

C'mon woman! You could make your moving fees by the end of the year if you pull your finger out!

Is it finding the motivation, or the actuall process?

    I *think* I get it...

But I would really need to concentrate, otherwise I would mess it up for certain.

Natasha wakes up at 6am.....Ryan doesn't go to sleep until 11pm (he's an insomniac like me :o)....it's just difficult finding time when I wont be interrupted and I'm not so tired that my head is fuzzy.

    Well, that.....and the fact I'm a coward.... :o

All you have to remember is to 'back' and 'lay' the same thing. So back Liverpool, lay Liverpool.

Find odds that at the bookie that are near the ones in the pink box at Betfair or ideally lower and make sure there is enough liquidity (the £ figure under the odds in the pink box).

Then use the spreadsheet to work out how much to lay and Bobs your uncle. :)

Find the time! There is too much money not to!
