Hmmm I can easily find the 5 gold rings. I’ve got a rather smashing wooden parrot brooch - it’s a bird?

Today's necklace is a silver piece I made.
I got into making silver jewelry from silver clay. It was great fun, but expensive to learn with!!
I bagged up all the pieces I made and not worn them! So I have pulled out a couple to wear

Oh that’s beautiful FlowerPot, well done 🙂
I’m going to confess to no festive jewellery today as was so busy I didn’t have time to sort anything out. However I did wear a festive jumper dress.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)2 -

flowepot that necklace is stunning.
today I've chosen earrings that are 3 interlocking loops studded with little red, yellow and green stones. I'm also wearing socks with polar bears on them so I'm feeling top to toe festive. It might be time to watch Love Actually tonight. I'll just need to sedate MrBC who has a nasty habit of muttering during this Christmas classic.3 -

That definitely counts for any of the bird days @Sallyforth
I have a pair of ludicrous gold metal and diamanté peacock earrings that I got about 15 years ago from a charity shop for 20p, I presume they were desperate to get rid of them and had no other takers but I love them 😁
You clever thing @~FlowerPot~! Really like that jumper too
Festive jumper dress sounds very appropriate @Sun_Addict
That sounds a nice Christmassy thing to do @Blackcats, maybe Mr BC could be bribed with a Christmassy drink and snack
Aw @beanielou, hope someone has a pear tree for it to get in!
My advent jewellery today is a pair of silver earrings that my mum had for decades but decided were no longer her thing, they're long art deco style and very much elevating the jeans and fleece outfit

I am wearing a pair of dangly earrings today that I last wore in Tenerife years ago. I bought them to go with a summer blouse and then haven't worn the since the blouse wore out.2

Today's jewelry advent is an amber pendant, it's actually quite new, but I've only worn it a few times.
It's very sweet, and I like amber alot

Reading all the posts here is making me realise that I don’t have pretty winter clothes as a lot of you seem to do (I have pretty summer clothes but not winter … 🤔) and not much in the way of jewellery to play with …. 🤷♀️😊
However, I have dug out some earrings with a dark blue-green stone in that I haven’t worn for ages and the silver dragonfly pendant that Mr KK bought for me c. 3 years ago to celebrate our new pond 😊

Isn't it funny @Wanna_Bee_Free that we associate jewellery with certain items of clothing and they Can't Be Worn otherwise 😁 Glad you're enjoying your Tenerife danglies in December
Lovely to be enjoying that piece @~FlowerPot~, I feel like amber is a good winter thing to wear, giving a bit of richness to these cold days
I don't have pretty winter clothes @KajiKita but am appreciating how wearing a random bit of jewellery changes my standard denim and big jumper into 'an outfit' 😊 Those earrings and pendant sound gorgeous
On that note, I do love how doing jewellery advent 'frees your mind' a bit to wear other things too- I've been wearing a hoodie I love but never usually put on because the cord strings feel uncomfortably tight around my head when I put it on and take it off. This total of four seconds discomfort are not a reason to never wear an entire item of clothing, let alone a bulky one that is otherwise just taking up space!3
