Are you the same person who already appealed the windscreen PCN and got a POPLA code?
If so, then that code has expired.
You can try an appeal but unless you aren't the same person who appealed, you won't get another POPLA Code.

Hello @Coupon-mad - I haven’t appealed this yet. I tried to ask Jll to cancel as they own the land but they refused. I responded back saying that they have right to cancel as patrons of the site and they didn’t reply unfortunately.I wasn’t sure if this NTK was golden ticket due to the dates hence wanted to check this first.0

@Coupon-mad - Thank you - this is the 1st time my appeal has been rejected for a ticket - in the past it’s been successful so I’ve not been in this situation before. I am also dealing with 2 parking tickets at the same time, yep I’ve been busy collecting them unfortunately :-( so I got a bit confused, my apologies and thank you for reminding me -I need to read the newbies post again I keep getting confused!🙈2
