Have you exhausted the retail park complaint?

Yes I tried calling and speaking to manager- unable to speak to a human everything is automated and when I went to the store they said it's nothing to do with them - there is a board with a separate phone number directly for Euro Car Parks.

Doesn't sound exhausted at all. Surely there's an email address for the property agents who run the retail park?

An appeal won't work. A complaint will.

That's not exhausting the complaint route to the retail park management company or the landowner !

What manager ? Manager of what and where. ? Hopefully not Matalan ? They are just a powerless tenant, usually on a retail park

So which company is it. ?  Workman LLC , Savills , JLL , British Land , pension company , investment companies. ?

There are other units there like B&M etc.  seems to me that you should be contacting JLL

    Complaints are done in writing

Thank you - I'm sorry I thought you meant the retail store manager. I will contact JLL and see what they say.

I did an appeal in the meantime as I wanted to buy some time and as you guys mentioned it got rejected :-(

Contacting the retail store manager   ( the business   ) is certainly one strategy,  but I doubt that the same person signed a contract with ECP, speaking to them is hardly exhausting plan A

After my research indicated that the managing agents working on behalf of the landowner were JLL , I recommended Contacting JLL, because its likely to be them that contracted with contractors for the site,  for anything required,  fixing, cleaning, rents, maintenance etc
