What does the Penalty Charge Notice say? ( it's not a fine ).

It will be a parking charge notice, not a fine , its unlikely that ECP will cancel it, so the signage and bay markings will be crucial here1

Get some pictures of the empty bay, plus a wider shot including both sides, plus pictures showing the nearby signs too, and post them below, preferably within the next few days or within 3 weeks
Do not incur a second PCN whilst doing this task2 -
yes, specifically look at the signs and what they say about disabled bays3

Just do what the NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST thread tells everyone to do with a windscreen parking charge notice.
Please don't ask for a link. Look:PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD2 -
Will upload the parking sign in a few days need to go back to the shop.

Well the markings are bad, faded, need repainting
There should be signs clearly visible from the drivers seat by a driver sat in the vehicle after stopping, hence why I asked for pictures. Chances are that its poor, inadequate or no observable signs , plus poor and faded bay markings. ( So not like my local Morrisons where they were all redone earlier this year. )1 -
I've never parked in a disabled bay in my life - I actually thought this was parent and child parking. I didn't see the sign on the wall its above car level and as i was in a hurry i completely missed it :-(
Will add the signs when I go back everyone I should have taken that whilst I was there sorry!1 -
Nobody thinks straight after an unexpected shock
ECP are well known for poor markings and sporadic signs, but the BPA CoP explains both requirements for these specialised bays
They should be following Lord Dennings red hand rule ( it should be as plain as the nose on your face )
I use them all the time and many are poorly signed and poorly marked
