The retail park is overseen by the Parking company, on behalf of the retail park management company, who manage the site on behalf of the actual landowners
The ECP sign says that ECP manage the site on behalf of MATALAN , site 34404 -
Reply and ask if they contracted Euro Car Parks? In which case they are mistaken: JLL always has the right to cancellations for genuine patrons of the site. Say that the signs and lines are woeful and faded, which caused an error and the PCN is unfair.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi everyone just wanted to update here as we are now in February- so after my email back stating that they have the right to cancel for genuine patrons of the site- I've not had any response. I've also not recieved any further letters from Euro Park after their last letter giving the popla reference and stating that fine will go up to £80. Hopefully this means it's gone but will update everyone if I get anything further.

Hi everyone I have received a NTK but not sure if it’s golden ticket as there is POFA wording schedule 4 freedoms act etc but the date on the letter is 23/02/2025 and the date of ticket issue was 03/12/2024.
i have attached the letter below - can I appeal online with standard template liability cannot be transferred to keeper as it is non-pofa? ( no popla code received yet)
