    You need to show us (close up photo) what sign was facing the car and a pic of the whole run of bays to show where that sign is.

    The blue colour is another shop - B&M. The entrance to Matalan is round the corner -you can't see it in this picture sign on the wall

    The entrance to Matalan is all the way on the other side so these are not even the closest bays-  there is another car park closer to entrance but that was full when I came - not sure why the disabled spaces are located further away than the standard spaces?

    weird they have a payment machine next to disabled bays - probably hoping blue badge holders will pay even though they don't have to...

    Those signs are not to standard they are not clear enough in the disabled area, but also the parking charge is buried in the small print and hidden by being the same colour font.
    As usual they ignore the BPA COP, and no doubt the BPA have only audited their office generic masters as usual.
