Matalan Euro car parks disabled bay PCN

Thank you everyone! I’m still abroad so trying to navigate this whilst in another time zone - I searched Google for jll parking and found this website https://www.jll.co.uk/en/solutions/car-park-solutions

I have until 14th January to pay the discounted amount of £50.

When I write to them, am I writing it as a formal appeal type template or a “please can you revert this as a gesture of good will I made a mistake” type of correspondence ? 

I found following address also JLL, 30 Warwick Street London, W1B 5NH. I will need to ask a friend to send the letter on my behalf by post.

A plea for help, not an appeal,  stating what the driver did due to poor signage and bay markings asking for it to be cancelled as a gesture of goodwill,  attaching a picture of the unredacted front that shows your name and address,  pcn reference number and VRM details

And why aren't you just emailing whoever runs the site?

There is only an online form on the website wasn't able to get a physical email address;  I have sent the message via the form using "complaint/concern" as the drop down option -however there was no option to attach a picture so I've just given my details + vrn+pcn

How long should i wait for a reply? I emailed on the online contact form but no reply yet....unable to find an email address or phone number

why are you even bothered when you know from using this site you dont need to be paying it
