Does anyone have an up to date email address for them? I’d rather keep my correspondence to them to emails, so I have a record of what I’ve sent them

The reason i suggest using the form is it allocates it to the case immediately, where as with emails i have had cases where no response has been logged
so i always recommend the form

If you were not the driver, I would suggest that now is the time to tell them. This will (should) reset the clock and require the PPC to issue a NTD to the driver.
Note that this will not work if the keeper was the driver.
I married my cousin. I had to...
    I don't have a sister. :D
    All my screwdrivers are cordless.

I would as well. It's designed for LBC responses. Take a screenshot before submitting.
