Update - For anyone completing the form to respond on their website the second page (after you have added personal info & case reference number) takes you to the following:

Q1) Do you accept the debt?

Q2) Do you dispute the debt?

Q3) Why do you dispute the debt (you have the option to upload documents at this point)

The form then takes you to the next page to complete your financial information.

I did not complete any financial info details and ticked that I disputed the debt.

There is no need to complete their intrusive financial forms.

Hi all- so I have an update. After waiting since April for them to respond to my response to their letter on their website I have received the following from DCB Legal:

We write further to your recent correspondence relating to the multiple Parking Charges issued at Argos

    WITHOUT PREJUDICE

Our client is prepared to make an offer to potentially conclude this matter. We ask that you call us on 0203 838 7038 within 30 days from the date of this email to discuss this further.

We look forward to hearing from you

I am not sure what to do now so any advice would be helpful please.

In response to the first letter I received from them I went on to their website and did what Car1980 advised on here on the 5th April.

But you're not prepared to accept any "offer" when you owe them nothing.  Definitely do not call them.

Jolly good. Every month that goes past sees more of those PCNs becoming statute barred.

So, when you replied in April, did you tell them you were seeking debt advice, or have you not used that tactic yet?

When is their 30 days up? That's the day to respond.

Hi Coupon-mad- thanks for the advice. No, all I have had is a letter from DCB Legal which I responded to them asking for the information I had asked DCB bailiffs and quoting the civil procedure rules,  so starting the process again. I responded on their website and it’s taken them months to reply with the above. I can’t seem to find the LbC reply as there are so many posts on here
