Hi all - So I have an update. After sending 15 emails to DCBL requesting both ANPR/photograph evidence of my vehicle entering/leaving the car park and a picture of the purported contract/sign and not receiving any response to any of those emails, they have now responded advising that all the points have been noted and they are unable to enter into any correspondence regarding my case as they feel they have addressed all the points I have raised and their position has been fully outlined and they require payment............Even though they have not answered any of my q's. They are unbelievable!!

They just want your money, nothing else, you forced them into a corner and it's an impasse, no win , no fee, so unless they can bully you into payment, they get nothing, I wouldn't be happy if I were them, no money from you !
The good news is that DCB Legal are not involved yet, so is working in your favour, hoping to time out as many as possible3 -
I'd go totally quiet at this point and wait. More email simply puts it on their radar.4

Thanks Johnersh - but I have been advised previously to continue sending them emails. They are still sending me letters which state that i have "failed to respond to them" They really are a bunch of cowboys1

Now that you have responded, then take the advice by Johnersh seriously, its from a very knowledgeable respected source, which is what you should do3

Yep if this is DCB Ltd, now go quiet.
Await the first DCB Legal letter then start the SLOW REPLIES tactic all over again.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi everyone- so following on from my last I have now received a letter from DCB Legal giving me 30 days from the date of the letter they sent to either pay them or complete a reply form and financial statement.
can you tell me what I should do now please? Do I start the same process I did when I received a letter from DCBL bailiffs? As in wait until the date I have to respond to them then email them? If that is the right process what should I say to them?0 -
On day 28ish I'd ask them the same questions you asked previously, prefixed with:The Civil Procedure Rules 1998, Pre-Action Conduct and Protocols (Part 3), state:3. Before commencing proceedings, the court will expect the parties to have exchanged sufficient information to understand each other’s position, make decisions about how to proceed and support the efficient management of those proceedings.Part 6 states:Steps before issuing a claim at courtThe parties should exchange correspondence and information to comply with the objectives in paragraph3, bearing in mind that compliance should be proportionate. The steps will usually include —(c) the parties disclosing key documents relevant to the issues in dispute.5
