Show us a redacted picture of the Northampton address on the envelope , that worries me
Make sure that you don't have a court claim pack from the CNBC in Northampton, that would be a live court claim using the MCOL civil justice system
Looks like the first one will time out in 5 or 6 weeks time, the rest progressively after that until this time next year
You are in England or Wales are you. ? ( Not in Scotland which has different laws and timelines. )
Were you a worker at Argos. and parked up due to working there. ?
I suggest that you start answering all the questions you have been asked and give us more information because you are feeding us small pieces at the moment, all of which bring up more issues
Show us some of the redacted paperwork, envelope, plus some background information about the case and location, but no personal information2 -
angeldelight01 said:strange but the return address on the envelope is Northampton court, not theirs.
Have you received an actual N1SDT Claim from the Civil National Business Centre (CNBC)? If so, you need to show us the Particulars of Claim (PoC), the amounts they are claiming, and the date the claim was issued.3 -

the letter is from DCBL LTD. They say I have 14 days to make payment (from the 26rh November) The case is not subject to high court or valid action, however, if I fail to contact them they will recommend to their client (G24 ltd) that they commence legal action against me. Then they have also quoted a Supreme Court decision in November 2015.strange but the return address on the envelope is Northampton court, not theirs. No it isn't because the court is not involved.
But I am intrigued. Surely DCB Ltd are not using a court PO address specifically intended for their HCEO arm, for people to reply to their non-HCEO arm? That's misleading. Show that envelope please.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Euro / DCB / Parkmaven (and a few others probably) just use a mailing house in Northampton for their threatograms, with a PO Box for returns ("not for correspondence")

Car1980 - thanks, I checked it again and that’s what it is

LDast- No, I know the difference between a debt collectors letter and court paperwork/correspondence. Not sure how I’m helping to fail myself but thanks anyway. I didn’t come on here to be insulted. I came on for advice. Most people on here are, thankfully, helping with that.

Coupon-mad- so can I just double check- you would contact them, rather than just ignoring altogether at this point?

Ignoring DCB Ltd hurries up the case's progress to DCB Legal who won't hang about.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
