Show us a redacted picture of the Northampton address on the envelope , that worries me

Make sure that you don't have a court claim pack from the CNBC in Northampton, that would be a live court claim using the MCOL civil justice system

Looks like the first one will time out in 5 or 6 weeks time, the rest progressively after that until this time next year

You are in England or Wales are you. ?  ( Not in Scotland which has different laws and timelines. )

Were you a worker at Argos. and parked up due to working there.  ?

I suggest that you start answering all the questions you have been asked and give us more information because you are feeding us small pieces at the moment, all of which bring up more issues

Show us some of the redacted paperwork, envelope, plus some background information about the case and location, but no personal information

strange but the return address on the envelope is Northampton court, not theirs.
You are not helping yourself by not fully or clearly answering the questions raised. You have asked for advice and help yet fail to actually help yourself.

Have you received an actual N1SDT Claim from the Civil National Business Centre (CNBC)? If so, you need to show us the Particulars of Claim (PoC), the amounts they are claiming, and the date the claim was issued.

Euro / DCB / Parkmaven (and a few others probably) just use a mailing house in Northampton for their threatograms, with a PO Box for returns ("not for correspondence")
  • Car1980 - thanks, I checked it again and that’s what it is
  • LDast- No, I know the difference between a debt collectors letter and court paperwork/correspondence. Not sure how I’m helping to fail myself but thanks anyway. I didn’t come on here to be insulted. I came on for advice. Most people on here are, thankfully, helping with that.
  • Coupon-mad- so can I just double check- you would contact them, rather than just ignoring altogether at this point?

Yes, to delay it being passed to DCB Legal and hopefully slowly time at least some of the PCNs out.  Throw spanners one by one (slowly) into the works now.

Ignoring DCB Ltd hurries up the case's progress to DCB Legal who won't hang about.

You need to come back after each reply so we can suggest something else to ask for. Delay, delay.
