Retailers definitely have a whitelist where they make a note of reg numbers and hand it over to G24 so that they don't issue any tickets after triggering the ANPR.
Does this site have ANPR? Did you ever give your reg number to Argos?2 -
You might be able to get a photo of the signs from streetview because you can get historic pictures. Long shot but if we knew which Argos someone might have a picture of them or a picture from the relevant date for the same parking company.2

DCB Ltd?
DCB Legal?
Please DON'T (really: please don't) ask Citizens Advice nor any debt charity, and DON'T ask a solicitor. You'll get the wrong advice (sadly, CAB is hit and miss and might even mistakenly say you should negotiate, because they wrongly treat it as a real debt!).
CAB staff don't get it yet, sadly. Nor do most solicitors.
And this is a nothing stage, if this is only DCB Ltd.
We know what we're doing. We do this every day & people here don't pay.
Personally, I'd be trying hard to time this out (Aug 2025 for some PCNs?) by asking DCB questions and asking for evidence, but SLOWLY replying (right after the end of each letter deadline). Not next week. Not fast!
So, if this daft demand is only from DCB Ltd (not DCB Legal) and gives you 30 days from, say, 25th November, then reply when bored after Xmas on 26th or 27th December or that weekend, by email.
Tell them you know nothing about this AT ALL and you want a copy of every single Notice to Keeper and ALL photographic images (of every single in/out ANPR capture held by their client).
Come back to us in January showing us their reply and shedding some light on whether these first NTKs were addressed properly.DO NOT PAY.
DO NOT ADD ANYTHING ELSE TO THE EMAIL.
DO NOT SEND REPLIES TOO SOON.
DO NOT ASK CAB OR A SOLICITOR AT THIS TEDIOUS STAGE. THIS ISN'T A REAL COURT THREAT IF IT'S ONLY WITH DCB LTD.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Car1980 - No ANPR and I didn’t speak to anyone or hand my details to anyone. I had absolutely no knowledge of this until yesterday.

Coupon-mad- thank you for your advice.
the letter is from DCBL LTD. They say I have 14 days to make payment (from the 26rh November) The case is not subject to high court or valid action, however, if I fail to contact them they will recommend to their client (G24 ltd) that they commence legal action against me. Then they have also quoted a Supreme Court decision in November 2015.
strange but the return address on the envelope is Northampton court, not theirs.
The date of the 1st PCN on their list is 8th Jan 2019 and the last one is 4th Dec 2019.
