Retailers definitely have a whitelist where they make a note of reg numbers and hand it over to G24 so that they don't issue any tickets after triggering the ANPR.

Does this site have ANPR? Did you ever give your reg number to Argos?
  • You might be able to get a photo of the signs from streetview because you can get historic pictures. Long shot but if we knew which Argos someone might have a picture of them or a picture from the relevant date for the same parking company.

Where exactly did these parking events take place? Which car park? Where?

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • Car1980 -  No ANPR and I didn’t speak to anyone or hand my details to anyone. I had absolutely no knowledge of this until yesterday.
  • Coupon-mad- thank you for your advice.
the letter is from DCBL LTD. They say I have 14 days to make payment (from the 26rh November) The case is not subject to high court or valid action, however, if I fail to contact them they will recommend to their client (G24 ltd) that they commence legal action against me. Then they have also quoted a Supreme Court decision in November 2015.

strange but the return address on the envelope is Northampton court, not theirs.

The date of the 1st PCN on their list is 8th Jan 2019 and the last one is 4th Dec 2019.
