    December results updated here :):)

@HotDog2020 you could make a case for saying that tyres are a necessity and also you didn't spend anything else. If it was me I'd probably count it, but then I try to group these sorts of purchases together on spendy days so I also always have more than one expense. It's not a frivolous, wasteful or unwarranted spend and it's probably similar enough to fuel in that you need tyres to get from A to B, so it's probably OK to still call it an NSD. xx :)
Thanks @cathybird since I have actually spent today please could you change my total to 6. Thank you.

Not today. Came across a permaculture calendar that was well reviewed today and as 2025 is going to be the year I dedicate to my garden it seemed right. Also bought a diamond sharpener for the Hori Hori I am picking up tomorrow (the Hori Hori won’t count as a spend though as I earned unwanted cash that I will use for this purchase … long story … 😉).

@HotDog2020 I've done that but if you count the day with the tyres as an NSD it's 7, I think? Up to you. :)

  • Saturday and Sunday will be spending days as I am doing a very secretive project and I need materials which I may or may not disclose in the future.

I have a cheap one that I bought to prove I would use one. Unfortunately, because it’s stainless it doesn’t sharpen well. So I will be buying a carbon steel one and a sharpening set 😊
