- OPs to mortgage = £12,345 Estd. interest saved = £5,863 to date
Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

Yesterday I bought a bottle of Ribena for a homeless man but not counting that because I couldn't bring myself to walk past for the sake of a NSD!
Today I went to Costa but used a gift card, and picked up a couple of Xmas presents using Xmas savings. So counting today as well.1 -
