I did a search for their address and this came back. Feedback is ok . looks like they are seliing some bikes on here too.
I notice that their p & p on ebay is £14.99 so the 99p bikes for £25 p & p that we got are that cheap so that if we get sent a bike fit or a skip that has been well used the we only get 99p back.
I don't mind a used bike or a bike with the odd fault and scratch but i hope they don't take the mick like they have with some people on here & hotdeals & just send out rubbish.

My bike adult male just arrived, nice bike, damaged saddle, no pedals and no brake calipers but otherwise, looks the part. Only problem now is where to buy the parts from.
    Anyone got any good ideas.
I've emailed the company back as they say they sell pedals, though, I can't tell if you need to order 1 (ie cos pedals always come in pairs) or 2 pedals. Site seems unclear.
They don't appear to sell calipers though.

Wilkinsons sell stuff for bikes... good value but maybe not a massive range to choose from...

The second of my bikes arrived today. Similar to the previous, used but in otherwise good condition. A full suspension kids bike, 15 gears, two good tyres, some scratches to paint work and stickers, brakes need attention.

As someone already mentioned, Wilkinsons have some bike stuff, basic brake cables for 99p, pedals for a few quid, bells, tyres, inner tubes. If you're looking for specialist equipment, Halfords have a good selection, although can be on the pricey side. I bought some tyres from these guys http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Hitchens-Hot-Deals during the summer, seem reasonable quality.

Anyway, I'm happy with my purchases and my kids are delighted. I'll post some pictures when I've given them a clean.

    Hi,
Bike was received today and was a pile of rubbish.
So much for it being a catalogue return!!
    Not very Happy.

    Then Received Their reply.

    Dear Adrian,
Sorry to hear you've not had a good experience with us so far - As you can image we are selling thousands of these bikes and have had a lot of satisfied customers.
I'd just like to point out we do state these are 'mail order returns' - also that it's a 'pot luck' offer so whatever comes up next in line would go in the box. Looking at your order the bikes you've receive retails over ?100 "brand new" of course. However as a good will gesture on this occasion what we are willing do is send out the spares parts at half the price plus free of charge carriage.
    Kind Regards
    Jazz

I suspect some of these bikes have suffered from mail order pilfering. This is where people order something from a catalogue, nick the bits off it they want then return it saying the item was received incomplete. If you want pedals or a chain an often used way of getting them.
I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.

I notice that the pool tables they are selling are the halfords ones priced at £49.99 available for free collection nationwide.

    You may mean the
    "jockey wheels" http://images.google.co.uk/images?svnum=10&um=1&hl=en&q=jockey+wheels+cycle

    Or the "Chain Rings" http://images.google.co.uk/images?svnum=10&um=1&hl=en&q=Chain+rings+cycle

Or the gears/cogs on the back wheel - you will need the correct number/amount 5/6/7/8/9 look at the largest number on the righthand changer and there are two types of fitting it to the rear wheel.

    "Cassette" that slides on http://images.google.co.uk/images?svnum=10&um=1&hl=en&q=gear+cog+cassette+cycle

Or a "Freewheel" that screws on http://images.google.co.uk/images?svnum=10&um=1&hl=en&q=freewheel+cogs+cycle

    HTH:beer:
And the L & R pedels both have different threads so it is the right pedel you need - a left one will not screw in.....

I suspect he means (as its on the right side of the bike) the chainset (as this also has the pedal attach to it both missing) if so £20 - £30 for the chainset £5 for the pedals.
