We won something in the school raffle last week, so I've got to try and pick it up this morning. Not sure what it is!
It's much easier having little miss in after school club on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, it makes my days much less fraught. She's also in clubs Monday and Thursday this half term, so I only actually have to do the school run at normal time on Fridays!
I was in the office yesterday, and managed to have a good catch up with colleagues and my boss which was nice. It's a nice sunny day again today so at least I'll be able to have all the doors open again today.

Happy Thursday! I'm very glad it's now my weekend. It's been a full on couple of weeks.
My raffe prize from school was a load of garden ornaments! A couple of spinny things which I haven't unpacked yet but should be quite nice, and some kitchy ornaments which the kids like, so we'll find somewhere for them. I will have to sort out the mini pond that I keep wanting to make as they will go best next to something like that."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". I'm feeling all out of sorts at the moment, and don't feel like I'm achieving anything! Everything is ticking over, but nothing is making any real progress. My health anxiety is bubbling near the surface which is an indicator that my MH is struggling a bit.
Work is really tough and part of me wishes that I had taken VR last year, and I doubt the opportunity will arise again as the structure is too tight. However, I'm looking around and there is nothing else that appeals. At the moment I quite fancy just something routine where I can just do the job and not have to think too much about it, but most things like that are part time and I can't take the pay cut.
I was reading a magazine and it had an article about burnout and I ticked all but one of the boxes! I definitely feel a bit burnt out. I feel like I'm taking the mental load on for everyone, but equally it's too much effort to hand it off.
I woke up this morning and thought I'd go down and join SW to maybe try and do something about my weight. I'm fed up with keeping on trying and not succeeding, so having the group to go to would hopefully keep me accountable. I got down there and found out the group wasn't on today! I suppose at least I got a walk. It feels like the universe is against me. (Though DH subsequently found a joining voucher so maybe the universe was trying to save me money!).
DH has received what he needs to put in the claim for his notice and redundancy pay so we need to do that. The form says allow 45 minutes so that feels like a huge task, though hopefully it won't be that bad as we should have all the information together.
The computer chair broke yesterday, so we did a tip run this morning which helped clear a lot of stuff from the shed. We had a look in the reuse shop but nothing there, then went to a second hand shop with no luck, then to a furniture reuse charity where we managed to get a new chair for £10, so that was a bargain."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Sorry to read how you are feeling.
I do think you should visit the GP.
You have had so much going on recently in all areas of your life.
You do so much for so many.
I hope you see your GP to get some support for yourself
