The main info is here - don't forget to make sure that any pension deductions have actually been received by the pension company, and check that there are agreed records for his legal start date, normal salary and any holiday he has used over the last twelve months (regardless of any company set holiday year). I would draft a letter confirming his understanding and see if you can get a director to sign it.My mortgage free diary: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6498069/whoops-here-comes-the-cheese

I have no enthusiasm or energy for anything at the moment! Everything seems like such an effort. Hopefully I'll snap out of it soon.
We are out in a bit as little miss is taking part in the St George's Day parade, so I've been catching up with sewing on all her badges this morning. I've also helped DH update his CV and printed off a copy of the govt guidance so we can refer to it easily. DH writes everything down so he has good records of what he understands, so we need to try and see if it correlates with the employer, I don't hold much hope. It's frustrating that this is all going to take weeks/months to resolve.
I tried on the clothing purchases and thankfully have an outfit for the awards this week. I have some items to return as well, so I think I can do that in store next week when I have to take the kids in town for their eye tests. I'll see if there's a charge for online returns as it might be easier to drop off if not.
I sold an item this morning so that's been packed and posted.
It still feels like a long slog to payday, just a few more days now. My current account is almost running on fumes."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee5 -
If it is the Prudent people then they appear to have had problems recording contributions for a few years now, including public sector AVCs for a while. ETA, that said they did our transfer to one of the 'fast transfer' people very quickly, but we did it after they had magically 'found' his allegedly missing contributions. My mortgage free diary: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6498069/whoops-here-comes-the-cheese
