Sorry you are feeling drained. Not surprising with all that is going on...

I hope you can relax a bit and enjoy the day to yourself x
Thank you, I am indeed :)

Hiya catching up. Sorry to hear everything is uncertain with DH job. It never rains but it pours eh. Hopefully you can both put it to the back of your minds and relax and enjoy the kiddies being off before any official things happen. and wow for the day to yourself. I like the sound of one of those :)
Thank you :)  There does always seem to be something!   Part of me is a bit frustrated that it didn't come to a conclusion before the holidays so we could have had time off together, but I guess at least he's still earning.

A day to myself is a real treat!

Just catching up with your diary and sorry to read about DH’s job. What a worrying time for him and such a shame that a small business will have to close. Thank goodness you’ll be able to manage without his wages for a while if need be. Hopefully he’ll pick up another job quickly. When Mr SA became ill we lost his income immediately as he was self employed. It took some getting used to but it’s amazing what you can do when you need to.

Well done on the strength training challenge.

It was lovely, and well needed!  I do love the dandelion flowers, I think a patch of grass full of dandelions, buttercups and daisies is a joyful sight!  We don't have any grass, so our dandelions are all over the patio, and in cracks everywhere, and in the flower beds.  I pull them up once they've flowered, but enjoy them while they are there.

Thank you :)  DH is quite worried about what he will do next, and I agree it's a shame about a small business closing.  When it happened last time, it was so stressful as we had no flex at all and he wasn't due any payout, so it's very much a relief that we don't have that immediate panic this time.
