Well done on the PAD it's thanks to you explaining PAD's that I am now experiencing regular PAD dopamine hits!
The net result is accelerating the journey to debt free day and a massive finger up at those dirty evil robbing b*$£..rd financial institutions as they will not be getting all the interest they hoped for from me, some unfortunately but not all.
Yesterday I did a food shop armed with my calculator and stuck to my list like super glue and it always feels great to get out the supermarket spending less than was planned, part of this is success is as result of using the digital scales to see the price of vegetables and I find myself questioning the quantity I really need and making changes to the ingredients mainly in my soups. Carrot is my veg of the week next week! Anyway got home and did a PAD immediately because I came in under and as I used Chase and am on cash back deal for the moment when that clears another PAD can be achieved yay!
Have a lovely Sunday3 -

It was so worth going along today, we cleared a lot of stuff and took over £100! Given that a lot of it was low value, that's not bad at all. I pulled all my ebay listings off and the kids too, and we sold some of that as well, so that's less faff for the future.
DH wasn't keen, but he's now really pleased we did it as we cleared some bulky stuff and some bits that have been hanging around for ages.
Successful morning! I didn't buy anything. DH did, but he's being much more selective these days which is one thing. Little miss bought a pen and some fake flowers for her bedroom so I can cope with that.
It also means I've got some activity in so that's good too."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee7 -
