Happy Thursday! I'm very much looking forward to my day to myself tomorrow. I plan on just chilling. Thanks to the daily challenge, I'm mostly up to date with the housework so I can forget about that tomorrow. The kids have tidied their rooms so they won't be annoying me either.
I'm hoping for a quiet weekend generally. We've been out and about for the last few weeks, and there's things I'd like to do around the house. DH needs to sort his stuff out in the front room too."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". I got up early this morning, with no plans to do anything, then looked out of the window and saw the lovely sunrise so I decided to go out for a walk. It was lovely out. I came home and did some weights too, so I feel good for doing that.
I got an email from the BHF this morning saying about a 30 day strength training challenge in April. I'm considering signing up. I definitely need to improve my strength, so this might give me some new things to try. I'll just make a donation rather than fundraise.
I had a lovely chilled day yesterday which was good for the soul. We're planning a quiet weekend this weekend, so just pottering around. I might even go into the garden!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee5 -

Oh my goodness @jwil you have been busy. I am redecorating the whole house at the mo (one room at a time!). I'm starting my 3rd room next week and then I get a week's grace whilst we have friends visiting. I also need to sort some Eb@y or V!nted sales. Just looking at your decluttering list...lego and scalextric are very sought after these days, hope that you sold them. You may have noticed that I have recently decluttered our books and CD's and both made us a little extra money because I traded with W0rld of B0oks. They didn't offer much for the DVD's that I also decluttered, but their loss was the charity shops gain. I'm finding your posts really motivating, thank you.3

It's supposed to be nice and quite warm today so we've made the last minute decision to go and sell at a car boot sale. Hopefully we'll clear some stuff!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee4
