Wall is painted and looks much better. I think we're going to get away with one coat, but will see what it looks like in the morning. The paint was lovely and thick, so has covered it well.
I've done 22 listings today, so hopefully we'll get some sales.

It's fine, but our whole house was magnolia and it got a bit boring. I like a bit of colour. The front room is north facing and can be quite dark, so I'm not sure we'll ever have it any other colour. Happy Monday and new sofa day! They aren't coming til this evening which is quite annoying, but it gives DH a chance to move all his stuff (which he has started doing without my nagging thankfully!). He took today off so that he'd be here if they were coming during school run times etc, but our timeslot is now 6-9 tonight, so that's a bit annoying, but it means I can try and get ahead with work for the week without interruption.
The painting looks fine this morning, so I don't think we need to do another coat which is good.
There's been a puddle of water underneath the boiler the last couple of days, but I think it's the condensate pipe freezing rather than anything else.
