    It's an endless struggle for me too.  It's definitely not easy.  Going to group is what is keeping me largely on track at the moment, I'd have thrown the towel in if I wasn't doing that.

    Hi @jwil, just catching up... so many positives.  Well done on the weight loss, PAD's, decluttering, listing of items to sell, etc.  It's a busy time of year, especially with youngsters and a full time job, so be kind to yourself and reflect on your amazing achievements x
