It feels like a nice barrier passed.

Yes the sea was lovely to watch, I could sit there all day!

Happy Thursday! It's been a tough week. I haven't been sleeping through variously worrying about work, little miss and other things. Next week is looking like a nightmare, but I've booked Tuesday off as little miss has her ASD assessment results, so I don't know how long that will take. I've also booked some leave at half term and 2 weeks at Christmas so I'm very much looking forward to that.
Too much chocolate has been eaten this week, but I haven't gone as bad as I used to so that's got to be a bonus.
I've just updated my spending spreadsheet which I haven't done since early September, so I'm glad to have caught up with that.
DH's car goes in tomorrow, fingers crossed it's not too expensive. Little jwil is complaining about his school shoes, so we might need to replace them at the weekend. Little miss's are looking in a state too, it's ridiculous! Again, we didn't buy Cl.rks, and I wish I had as we've never had these issues before. But they didn't have any of the correct size in store, so we might need to go to the village, or buy some online. Or just go cheap again. Maybe the kids are just harder on them now they're older? We didn't go cheap this time and have bought other brands, but they've lasted less time than the cheap ones!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do".
