Some really good decluttering. I like the bit about thinking what you want to be doing...The 'shoulds' are energy sapping
They really are energy sapping.  I spend half my time thinking about what I 'should' be doing.

I would love it.  Most of the time we don't really disturb each other, but we don't go to bed at the same time either.  I'm a much lighter sleeper so more likely to be woken.

Happy Monday!  I'm not going into the office today as I'm in tomorrow instead, but I've written my to do list and am on a mission to clear some stuff.

I did my measurements this morning, and all have reduced so I'm really pleased.  I'm 5lb away from being in the next stone number (as well as 2lb from my 2st award) so I really want to get that in the next couple of weeks if I can. I've prepped my salad for lunch and fruit for snacking so I've got no excuses if I'm busy.  I've got some eggs boiling as well at the moment.

I'm feeling determined on all counts today, long may it last!

    Happy payday!

I've done the money shuffle and finally updated accounts.  I need to update my spending spreadsheet but I'm too tired now.

I had £100 left in my account yesterday so sent it to the CC.  Not counting it as a PAD though as it's not 'extra' money.  A slightly larger PAD today due to emptying ebay accounts yesterday.

I'm still feeling determined, but am very tired as I'm trying to do lots on top of work.  Over the last couple of days I've done quite a few surveys and done 36 listings for DH.  That's a lot of screen time on top of work hence the tiredness.  I'm glad it's done though and I would prefer not to be using my days off to do it, so I do try and reduce screen time more on those days.

I was in the office today for a fairly intense meeting this morning. Unfortunately the biscuits appealed as we were heading over lunchtime.  I've been on plan otherwise though.  I did walk in and got the bus back.
