That's interesting.  I don't take any supplements. I should start on vitamin D now the seasons have changed!

A small bit of cash back to top up my PAD today!  The extra went towards the car bill.

I went out this morning to a different supermarket to get my berries and a few bits so I don't have to go shopping over the weekend.  I decided to charge up the car while I was in there (still trying to get used to public chargers), and then thought I'd go one junction to another on the motorway while I was out that way to see how the range lasts.  I ended up heading right down to the end of the motorway and back again.  It was helpful as I now have given it a good run on normal roads and motorways so I feel more comfortable about the real world range.

I'm back on plan today, so that's good.  Strange that I don't have the same urge to comfort eat when I'm not working!  Little miss decided to make me a salad for lunch this morning while I was out walking the dog, bless her!  She really wants to learn to cook, so I need to make more time to help her learn.  The first thing she asked when she came out of school was whether I liked my lunch!

Yes. Time to start the vitamin D. I also take vitamin C from now on.

I've just sorted through the packets in the kitchen, I've recycled the contents of three that are just too out of date for even me to consider, and I've set aside some to use over the next couple of weeks.  I've made up a packet of jelly which will help with my sweet tooth and a packet of angel delight that I'm not sure where it came from!

I need to do the same with herbs and spices, as most of the ones I have are years out of date! I'll get rid of the ones that clearly haven't been used for years and just buy as needed.  I think most of these purchases were aspirational and I've never really used many of them. It will clear some space in the cupboard.

I've got some multivitamins I'll use up first and then see after that whether I just get individual ones.

Thank you :) I've spoken to my GP before about vitamins and without a specific health reason she told me not to bother, I'd just pee them out.  I was told to take folic acid and iron when I was pregnant, but other than vitamin D now, I don't tend to bother, except a multivitamin sometimes.  I don't have any health conditions or symptoms that I feel need correcting so I'm happy with that for now.
