A mixed trip, but nice to get away and Cornwall in any weather is stunning.

That's the ideal isn't it? To improve your health by losing weight but still enjoy yourself. A bit like this money stuff I guess, unlearning old habits, learning new ones, learning how to live well.
It sounds like a lovely trip away.

Your mention of cars and Cornwall has made me remember years ago our car breaking down en route to Cornwall. It was fixed and we eventually made it there but it was fingers crossed all the way home.

Thank you,  yes, it's nice to get away, and to be by the coast in Cornwall!

Thank you.  That's exactly what I'm trying to do, create new habits, but also live at the same time, and try and be reasonably sensible.

We had a similar thing when we were kids - every time we went to Cornwall we used to break down!  It was very much a relief to get home.

I've updated the car total with the CC payment, and am now in the £9ks!  Very pleased with that.

DH has booked his car in for Friday, so at least hopefully that will be resolved and hopefully not too expensive.

Went into the office today, but I drove in for various reasons.  A good day on plan though, that is one benefit of being in the office!
