Ugh, back to work today
I didn't sleep well last night and am tired and achy today, but I've got up and done a gentle workout to get myself ahead for the day.
We probably ought to see if we can talk to someone about my car as it will be easier to deal with while DH is off (plus he 'speaks car' whereas I don't

I annoy myself because I can't speak Car either - I always feel I should make an effort to learn but it holds no interest at all

It was very much 'ugh'. Hope yours wasn't too bad!
I've no interest either, and then I get lazy because DH enjoys cars. I should really be more independent!LzzyIsGod said:I annoy myself because I can't speak Car either - I always feel I should make an effort to learn but it holds no interest at all

I'm sure I'm aching more after my 'gentle' workout that I am with more vigorous ones! "Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee2 -
It took me almost 2hrs in the end to manage to get on to my work laptop properly. What a waste of time! It froze for ages so I had to force shut down, and then it took about 6 restarts before it would recognise my monitor! So much for getting ahead with the email backlog.
I'm at an event tomorrow so will be able to walk to that - which is a good thing as DH spoke to a garage this morning and the earliest they can do is next week, and that's just for diagnostics, not even anything that needs repairing! It's booked in though, so I'm without a car for at least a week now. At least DH is off this week, and I'm not trying to juggle school etc. I guess it's also a bit of a positive that I don't have any more time off booked as it would be annoying not being able to go anywhere."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do".
