Evening all 🫡blooming chilly isn't it? Flying to keep warm....our w/m & t/d are in the garage - pipes are lagged but they tend to freeze up when temp drops to around 0c. Ok at the moment 🤞

I made some excellent mini Christmas cakes this morning, and managed to get through to just one of the people I needed to phone. Meanwhile Rosie had a lovely long walk in the crisp snow with L.
This afternoon we collected DGD1+2 from school. They decided to make the Christmas puddings, and made a very good job of it. I mustn't forget to add the ale tomorrow morning.
W got a glowing verbal report from her class teacher at the parents' evening - for someone who says she doesn't like Maths, she is achieving very high marks.
Apart from DH being grumpy (mainly because he was tired after getting up early), it's been a good day.

Morning all.
My DH is grumpy too Iona. Maybe it's the weather.
Had a lovely day out yesterday, if a little cold. Back to paid stuff today so will report back with any flying later. Wordle in three.
Have a great day everyone.Spend less now, work less later.7 -
morning all. Wordle in 3 for me, too. Got connections but lost a couple of lives in the process.
Am up ridiculously early because it’s DDs graduation. At least i remembered to set the heating so i’m not freezing while i’m having my vertical half hour.
DW x 1, WM x 1. will put TD on while i shower, but i can’t bend down just yet.
Hope everyone keeps warm.Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

I'm only dipping into the lists at the moment, but I'm making progress. Last night I did a gibble pick up downstairs before I went out and it made such a difference. DH was out so it was lovely to return to a neat and tidy home for a change
. Defrosting the FF today. Its not a job I like so always put off for ages, but today is the day! DH is out so I've emptied and turned it off for now.

-4 here this morning apparently 🥶.I'm discombobulated as not going to work this morning has thrown out my routine. And breathe....
I'm up, made my bed, eaten breakfast, taken meds, turned over the calendars, supped a brew, completed Wordle in three, completed Connections with one life lost, and completed Strands with no hints required.
Thank you short_bird. Will do 📷.
Have a lovely day Valli. xx
