I got an email from the homebase kitchen designer on sat telling me my last bit of kitchen was on order and to call ao to arrange delivery of my order. I called AO to arrange a delivery slot but was told they weren't delivering homebase customer orders until they had more info from the administrators, he then transferred me through to homebase where I was told I'd have to wait and they would pass my details onto the store. The people that told me to phone AO. Left hand don't know what the right hands doing0

I have been following this thread and can give people hope, my kitchen units and accessories have been delivered today. Worktops are on order and appliances are being arranged. Similar to the person above, the store I ordered from was who got in touch to arrange the worktops and are dealing with AO. This is happening on a case by case basis as they work through the orders. The house beautiful / country living team arranged the kitchen unit delivery.2

So my kitchen designer contacted me yesterday saying "it would be a good idea to book your kitchen delivery now." And I've replied saying "I tried but they wouldn't let me." I know she doesn't work Wednesday/Thursday so maybe she will give me an update on that Friday given what people are saying above. The store I ordered from is one of the ones that hasn't been bought by the range.
What is good is PayPal found in my favour re: the dispute I raised over the wet wall, so I should get a refund on that within 5 days, and the stuff I ordered from B&Q arrived today, so bathroom at least back on track.

I have today received a delivery date for my kitchen. Not the appliances, work top, sink or tap yet. But my kitchen is coming second week of January. Additionally it looks like I may be able to order an additional unit I needed, direct from the manufacturer.2

My son's kitchen was due on 16th November, he's had 4 dates where it hasn't turned up. Has a 5th delivery date this week. I'm not holding my breath. Thankfully he paid on his credit card.0

Today the people that supply wetwall told me I could now arrange my wet wall delivery for homebase. Now obviously I won't.. PayPal refunded me and I have got the product from B&q instead and my shower is now nicely installed. But it suggests another supplier is now happy to fulfill their orders again.1
