Awww - thank-you ladies & gent for popping by and keeping me company in my misery! 🤣🤣🤣
I"m not feeling any better tbh but am definately not feeling worse & I made a concerted effort not to look at my work phone messages or e-mails today so mentally I've rested.
Still in PJs and on the sofa under a blanket but we have been fed.
We decided to get a grocery top up that included a meal deal that feeds 4 - OH had paid for a 3 month delivery subscription a few months ago, as we have had takaway more often than we normally do, due to his treatments. We also have 4 of our local grocery stores that will deliver a top-up shop included in that subscription and they do it in under an hour. It has been well worth the small cost (2 pounds a month) as hopping in the car is not currently an option and it costs less than both petrol and a taxi! So two days worth of dinners & a long-life non-dairy milk top up as well as a salad & medicinal chocolate (both for me). I'm going with the theory that the salad & choc cancel out each other nutritionally!
Monthly challenge update...
nothing saved & nothing extra brought in

Good idea on the groceries, I've not heard of the top up deliveries.I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)
