    Sorry you're still struggling - I'm amazed you made it through a long meeting, but at least it shows your  colleagues what you are dealing with and aren't bringing into the office.

    Awww thanks @Cherryfudge - Friday was rough, Saturday was rougher but shortly after lunch today I started feeling a tiny bit better.  Spent yesterday on the sofa under a blanket & had a few naps of a couple of hours each.  This afternoon I did 'Pomodoro's' of activity & rest to get through as many chores as possible!  I think that two whole days of home cooked food has also made a difference.
    4 YEARS 10 MONTHS DEBT FREE!!! (24 OCT 2016)

    Just being so poorly must be taking a lot of energy - good that you are able to rest betweentimes. Keep pacing yourself as much as possible, I hope you can keep up the home cooked food. (Perhaps those gossipy ladies could be made use of, though not at the expense of your peace of mind).

    ✅ laundry - two loads folded and put away - one large load done and on the airer
    ✅  clean washing machine once laundry done for the week
