    Another top tip is to always have get well cards out, you can explain how you’re getting over ‘insert choice here - covid, flu, broken leg 🤣🤣🤣’ so you’ve not had chance to ‘insert choice here, dress, cook, clean’ 
    or a big dog barking? I find WattyDog barking and leaping is enough to keep most unexpected visitors on the doorstep :)
    Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

    In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!
