So update - estate agents withdrawn rather than answer uncomfortable questions and they now have a DSAR very expertly drafted I may add. - 30 days to answer a ream of questions from the start of January 2025 to the end of July 2026 inclusive. I"m not in the mood to have my buttons pushed!

Ahh that sounds like an uncomfortable situation with your Mum then. I couldn't recall you having said that she's made spiteful comments to you before in that way and sometimes we miss warning signs in that sort of situation because we're struggling too much with the wounded feelings from the action to see past that, IYSWIM.
