Wow @TakeItEazy that’s a lot. Glad to read you’re getting checked out though. Hope everything goes well, and quickly.

Welcome to our wee group @winterbear95. You’ll get loads of tips and inspiration on this thread.

Well I am baffled and bloody frustrated! A pound on this morning. I may need to join your DH on the naughty step @bubbs, I said all the sweary words I could think of on the drive home 🙈🤣

I will continue to plod on.  I had banana and coffee in group, turkey rashers, mushrooms and tomatoes for brunch and it’s homemade meatballs, tomato sauce with spaghetti and Parmesan for dinner. This leaves my HEXB and syns if I want anything else.

Hope you’re all having a good Saturday 😁

Welcome @winterbear95. Do ask if there's anything you need to know. Do you have much to lose? 🤔

Infuriating to gain a pound when you've been on plan @Jellybaby. ☹️ But keep plodding on and you'll lose it and more!

That is worrying @TakeItEazy but not long to wait for your tests. You're doing all that you can. 🤗

I've gone a bit OTT with syns today as DH was feeling chips withdrawl symptoms so we shared a bag from the chippy on the way to football. They were delicious. 😋 I did weigh at the surgery yesterday and I lost just over a pound and just under target on those scales. 🤞for WI next Thursday.

    Today's plan -
B- HEB porridge, strawberries (S) , banana (F), HEA milk
    L- ham salad (P, F, S)
    D- keema curry and rice (P, F, S)
    Syns - too many 🤣

    Evening all 😁

Welcome Winterbear , please stick around 😁

Jelly stick with it , it will come good and hope the effin and jeffin got it out your system 😂😂

I had a maintain which was ok.

I never won Icon but the ladies that did were very worthy winners, Sammi has lost almost 5st in about 40 WI's 👏👏

Maman , i didn't lose anything today up the unit so all was good 😁

The food at taster was lovely , i took an old picture in, i thought most of the long termers had seen it, about 8 were sitting there with there mouths open and said Jesus Christ 😂😂😂

I did have some brownie at taster which was about 6 syns, but OMG delicious, i could have had half a dozen 😂 BUT i never 😇😇

There was a couple of bits of pork pie left so i bought it home and had for lunch with a spoonful of potato salad that was left pickles etc. Free

Tea was pitta pizza, BNS chips and salad, hexa  x 2 and hexb No syns

Good morning, damp and dull, necessary  waahing will have to be dried indoors ☹️
I seem to be ping ponging the same 2.5 lbs on and off, def out of range on WI scales.
Everything seems to need attention at once, SW Plan, garden, house, shopping, always  like this at  change of season/clocks.
Off for a few days mid week, so that might shake us out of the weariness CBA feeling.

Did a chicken dinner with fillets for tea, kept enough for today, just a mound of veg needed later
Welcome @winterbear95, lovely helpful people here.
