Welcome to our shiny new thread.

I am going to class shortly.  Hoping to not be quite so much over the top of target range as I was last week!

@beanielou thank you for the new thread, I will try to keep up and post more often.

Best of luck with the weigh in, I have been way off plan for about 3 weeks, will skip WI tomorrow, too close to last holiday. On today's home WI I would be right at top of range!

Again I saw SW scales are off due to my wobbling. 5 1/2 off.

Thanks for the new thread @beanielou!  Your scales definitely seem to be off - you thinking you'd put on half and actually you lost a brilliant 5.5lb, WOW!  Think it's time to either get rid of your scales or buy some new ones!!!

Weather not looking too promising at the moment although it's forecast to be dry.  Won't be doing the washing today though as popping over to The Food Warehouse for a few bits and also popping over to DD1s as it's her birthday this weekend so will take over her card.  We don't give presents but just transfer some money over to her bank account so she can put to something bigger or use to buy herself something.

It's also DGD's birthday the same day but will need to send her card as she lives in Bedfordshire.  Will also need to transfer some money to her too.  Will get that set up later today or early tomorrow.

    Today's plan:

    B - scrambled eggs & spinach on toast - HEB; P; S
    L - stuffed peppers - HEA2; S; F
    D - sweet and sour chicken, rice - P; S; F

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB - bread
Syns - none planned so may have a couple of Biscoff for 4 syns

    Have a good day everyone.

It’s not my scales Denise. It’s my wobbling on the SW ones due to my shocking balance.

    Morning all,

Take it Beanie, that’s a fantastic loss 🥳🥳.  Your gain is so very little after a great week away @joedenise you’ll have that off in no time.

I had the gutters cleaned at the weekend and think the young guy was chancing his arm and told me I needed urgent work done to the chimney 😳 cue a roofer out checking it over this morning and me in the loft ensuring it was dry all before 8.30am! I need a lie down now!

Like you Denise, I need more fruit, eggs and milk so will pick these up when I collect library books later. Other than that, fingers crossed for a quiet day.

    Food today:
B - toast HEXB, bacon medallions, mushrooms, tomatoes
    L - lentil soup
D - bacon, tomato and chilli spaghetti, Parmesan HEXA

No syns planned but have plenty to use if I fancy something else.

    Have a good day everyone.

Hi everyone, I've just found the new thread, well done to those who have lost. I've lost a couple of pounds still going solo and managed to keep them off.
I wondered if anyone can help? My hubby has been off work with a bad back and could also do with losing a couple of stones, he asked me to help him, would he have 15 syns or do men get more?
    He's approx 6 ft
    Weighs 15st 3lb
    He's 59.
Hopefully I can guide him along.
    Thankyou so much x
