I'm a petrolhead so pretty good with cars and having had the same make/model for over 10 years, know how they behave.  Reviews are also good and it's a family business so I'm pretty confident they'll be fine, but yes fingers crossed anyway!

Have enjoyed both my long trips up to Hillsborough. Although my team lost both times the chip shop on Leppings Lane is superb (I think I had some kind of potato cake which was blooming lovely) and the locals in the pub were very friendly 
Added some more change to the increasingly heavy pot today

I'm not at all sure what the difference is from what you've written above MrsShazbat and why Ant has referred to you as being an Owl?! 🤔 🫤

One thing I am sure about though is sticking with the ones who have treated you well. My hubby's the same and sticks with the garage he knows to be the best, has done for many years.

Well done with your pot Ant, the heavier the better so keep on filling it! 😀

Sorry @Sue-UU for the seemingly strange words. Mrs Shabbat’s favourite football team play in a district called Owlerton so they are known as the Owls 
Anyway, I am going steadily  onwards with my potting and looking forward to a good total in October, albeit nowhere near the small fortune that LMD is managing to build up.

The Magic money producing washing machine produced a 50 pence piece today so that went straight into the pot

Ooh I'd like a magic money washing machine 🤣

We had a peahen roosting in our garden for 28 days and 4 out of her 5 eggs have hatched. Mum and babies have been safely relocated back with our neighbour.  Peacocks are lovely to look at but they can be destructive in the garden. There are 5 naughty ones that keep wandering in and eating my begonias 🙄

Five pounds and a bit of change in the pot this week 😊

What a tale about your neighbour's peahen producing 4 out of 5 little'ns in your garden! 😯 Beautiful birds, though the noise from a nearby peacock would drive me cuckoo, especially if it was next door! 😳
