I can certainly empathise with your dear auntie, aside from the pain
it's the shock we all suffer from which stings us more than a bit. I do hope
she very soon recovers.
I've
no idea about the healing time for mine as the nurse said it gets worse
before it gets better. Last night it was terribly painful and sleep was
hard to come by, but I can't believe it's the worse part already as it's only little over a week, but
who knows... 🥴

if I'd listened to T then I'd have waited until he moved the car out
more. I just wish I hadn't had the left arm raised 😱, bruising on my
hip and rear, yet none on the area where the pain is. The nurse said
that's because it was a flesh wound with the ribs underneath! 😳 Ugh orrible 🤫
Ah you're
unlike the rest of us then, you're sensible and quite possibly always
look ahead when walking! Keeping safe is far more sensible.

My Auntie’s bruising has gone right down Sue I trust that you are on the mend too. I have been potting numerous pound coins over the last few days. They all count. Have managed to cut across the fields when visiting my mum recently. Much nicer than walking around the busy main roads and a nice chance to appreciate nature and the beautiful scenery right on my doorstep.

afraid I won't be on the mend for quite a little while, it'll only be 2
weeks on Wednesday that it happened and apparently it has to get worse
before it gets better! 😥 It takes up to 8 weeks before It'll be better

Good afternoon everyone! Happy Bank Holiday weekend!
@Sue-UU - goodness, you have been in the wars. Wishing you a gentle recovery. Look after yourself and don't push what you can do.
Payday for me was Friday, that means there was a "sweep" off accounts and about £110 was potted. THEN today I had miscalculated something and my error (for once a good one!) rewarded my pot with about £20! A happy accident.
It's miserable here, but I'm on my half term break from school. Time to read my book, potter and do bits and pieces - in between writing reports!
