Don't worry, I haven't forgotten. I always update after the month is finished as I hope to squirrel extras from unspent areas.Suffolk_lass said:10 people in the challenge, yet to report in with one week to go in February (£0 saved is fine, at least we know you haven't forgotten you joined the challenged). Thank you. It's helpful to know you are there. A quick dip into the profiles of some others showed 1 post (newbie), and have not been back since that date, which is not such a good signKeepOnKnitting said:

TinaBallerina #35 reporting 371.40 for February, chucking everything I can towards my savings this month as I think times are about to get a lot tighter with the council tax rises reported for my council, and all the increases in my other bills hitting at the end of March.4

Just a few days of February left and thanks to @Suffolk_lass for the nudge for those who signed up but have not yet posted an update. Updating 0 is ok by the way. I have had to pay out a small fortune in holidays and car expenses over the last month so am sticking at £500. Hopefully after April the numbers will go up.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free Wannabe, Budgeting and Banking and Savings and Investment boards. Agreed @TinaBallerina, I am going to take some time to update my annual budget tonight to reflect known increases due in April. So far broadband, 2 mobile phone contracts (me and DH), council tax, Utilities and I think TV Licence as well (need to double check this one) and my mandatory professional membership is up by £25 annually as well. I need to do a draft budget for April reflecting the changes as well.TinaBallerina said:TinaBallerina #35 reporting 371.40 for February, chucking everything I can towards my savings this month as I think times are about to get a lot tighter with the council tax rises reported for my council, and all the increases in my other bills hitting at the end of March.Frugal Living challenge 2025
