Can I please declare £0 for January? Saver #33

I have actually gone in the negative this month, but only because I have changed job and my pay is delayed. I am not willing to have a negative figure this early! Once Feb is done I will take my Jan overspend off the saving for Feb so that it is actually a fair judgement.
Save £12k in 2025 #33 £2531.77/£5000 (If this carries on I might have to up my target!)

Well done to @Suffolk_lass for keeping on top of updates.  I have  not been on here much.

Now we have had our pensions I have transferred £500 over to savings.  I don't think there will be any more this month as we have had to pay out for three holidays over January and February. So #1 £500 for February.  I have already updated the spreadsheet SL.

I will edit the first post to add the link to the spreadsheet.

I have put a copy of the closing 2024 worksheet in this year's spreadsheet, rather than putting links to the old ones. Here's a link

I am hoping the dozen or so who have signed up but have yet to post for January, have not forgotten. Another week and I might nudge them by naming them...
    Save £12k in 2025 #2 I saved £14,660.97 of £6000 or 244.35% of my target. The 2026 Save £12k in 2026 thread is here
OS Grocery Challenge in 2025 I finished the year at £2880.99/£3000 or 96.03% of my annual spend so I am sticking with a £3000 annual budget for 2026

Looks like by the spreadsheet I’ve been assigned the number 8 this year.

Therefore #8 Macsidia declaring £1,655 for January.

January contained 5 paydays and the Boxing Day premium helps me to start strong in 2025.

@Macsidia There was a post (top of page 8) that told you your number, but guessing you don't read all the updates. If it seems a low number, it's because we had hidden some rows and omitted to unhide before allocating this year's numbers
